The app is very clear and easy to use. If you want to save more than 10 entries, you have to make an in-app purchase (which isn't exactly cheap). It's a one-off payment, so there's no annoying subscription.

The iCloud synchronization works automatically and without any problems. Even between the Mac and iPhone.
