I have a lot of video files on a NAS storage device, and they are all perfectly recognized and played.
In addition, the library is updated, managed and automatically searches for cover images and film descriptions from the Internet.
The whole thing actually looks like iTunes, except that it's your own files from the network.
The whole thing is also supported by the iMac, iPad, iPhone and Apple TV and synchronizes via iCloud. So you have the same library on every device/TV and the same status of, for example, half-watched films. Absolutely brilliant!
I think €2 a month is more than reasonable for that, I'll definitely get the lifetime license when the month is up.
