Tried a few different iOS and macOS apps to replace a Raspberry Pi running Kodi. Infuse is defintely the most beautiful and elegant. It easily plays any media type and functions flawlessly on my Mac, Apple TV, and iPhone. Metadata including play counts is synced seamlessly through iCloud even with multiple data sources and devices. Paid for the annual subscription for Airplay and more audio options, but the free version would work for a lot of folks. It's worth the marginal fee though. This app is basically flawless.
