First of all this is not a file manager. This is a media player (specially videos). Second, You can add a folder by selecting a video and move it to a new folder or you can use Apple’s Files app to add folders inside infuse folder. Why give a 1 star to this amazing app just because you yourself ruined your family’s movie night.
