It's missing a few details, such as the ability to choose cover art for different languages, so the movie titles remain in their original language.

And of course, most importantly, it needs audio passthrough to access all the HD audio. That alone would make me buy an Apple TV 4K.

Otherwise, it's a fantastic app.
