Submitting medical claims on the website, or via fax, or even by mail was a chore which often resulted in claims not being submitted in a timely fashion.
Now with Alliance App the process, once the App is setup with your families details and the payment details, is very straightforward, simple and quick. Enter a few details and a simple description of the claim, take a photo of any receipts or documentation and upload it. The resulting claim number allows one to monitor the processing and payment of the claim.
The App has other features but I haven’t used them.
This is a great App that has allowed me to submit claims on the same day that the invoices are paid. What can be better than that?
