Lack of functionalities and some bugs

I will share some problems I’ve encounter in the first hour of use, I don’t usually write reviews but since this is a paid service I would expect more.
- First notorious thing is the user interface. I guess there haven’t been many updates on it. The iPhone 10 was released back in 2017 and still there are black bars in the top and bottom. The simplicity of the interface is nice, because is what it should be, but it looks outdated and some icons have very low resolution.
- In “My Contacts” -> “Local Emergency Numbers” it says that they are from the “United Kingdom” although I’m no in the UK, maybe you are using the phone language to define this, I don’t know. Instead you should use the phone location and if the user doesn’t allow this by default put the country that appears in the policy”.
- Inside “My Policy” -> “Membership Card” I think it would be better if at least there is an option to get the card as a Passbook to be able to add it to the Apple Wallet. Is more useful from a phone perspective.

- I saw that in you web page when you click in your list of benefits the list appears with how much have you used already and how much is left, which is really nice. I haven’t done any claims so maybe this is already somewhere else, but I would definitely add this just like in you page.
- Some options just want to take you to your website, it would be nice to also have those things in the app if you want to have the app
- I try to click “Find a Hospital” but the app crashes so, it doesn’t work
- Is ok that you have the code to enter the app, but the TouchID came with the IPhone 5S back in 2013 and now we are with FaceID. Pretty much every app allows access with this systems that are actually more secure. So I would expect that.
Thanks for the app. Is nice to have the ability to do the claims through the phone, although I hope to never use them.
In any case I hope this things give you some ideas for future updates. The app just seems to need more love.
