Wrong message when claim is incomplete

The current version showed “service unavailable - try again later” when I tried submitting a claim whose information was incomplete. That was misleading, because I kept trying sending the same info many times. Only when I fixed the incomplete data the claim went through.
Also it would be good to be able to see the details of previous medical services in claims that have been submitted and processed. That would be helpful to avoid sending the same invoices twice, for example.
