Wow it's free now! This amazing app has been around for a long long time on the IOS! I tried looking for the backup and restore function. I can't find it. It was available on the IOS v3.4, Tech support doesn't seem to understand English or Japanese. 5 stars for the app. 1 star for the missing backup/restore feature.
