Great Relaxation and sleep meditation

I have been listening to Glenn Harold’s free Sleep meditation regularly for several years now. I find it helps me to relax deeply and then at the end it suggests I wake up and I always do (after half an hour). When I listen to this app I am so relaxed that I feel like I have had an hour or more’s sleep, as I get so relaxed. I have bought some of Glen’s other app’s but this is still my favourite.
