Ten stars for customer support!

I really can’t compliment Saverio and the Diablo Customer Support team enough. I’d give them 10 stars if I could! Their level of service and support is exemplary, especially considering this is a free app.
This is a great ride recording app, as all users know. Recently I installed it on an old iPhone SE that I use as my bike SatNav, but a weird problem occurred where I was always directed to the Italian login page rather than the UK version. Yet the app login worked just as it should on my other phone. Saverio and the team just wouldn’t give in until they’d solved the problem. Furthermore, they also noticed that I’d mistakenly created 2 separate registrations at some time in the past so they proactively merged both accounts for me. I can now record my ride on my “bike phone” and review it on the bigger screen of my “normal phone”. Happy biker!
