I'm insanely disorganized and this keeps me on track! I add stuff as the day goes on and the ping in the AM makes me add stuff that I wouldn't have thought of before (and would've forgotten). I keep a list for groceries, work, and whatever pops in my head. It also helps me feel good to cross things off and see that I HAVE accomplished something. The only thing I would suggest is an "undo" when something gets crossed off by mistake. This may be in the paid version but I thought I'd mention it!
