After manually initiating an App Store sync last night, Appfigures reported it had found the new November 6 daily report and successfully added two new IAPs in our Rival Stars College Football product. However, no revenues or downloads have been loaded for that day, even though they are visible in iTunes Connect, and trying to resync does nothing.

@Maura C that's true, but that delay is typically a couple of days tops, sometimes 3 or 4 at the start of a month. Delays of almost a week are quite unusual.

Our Google Play syncing stopped a few days ago too, Daniel. Revenue a couple of days back. Download numbers a couple of days more. Manual sync attempts result in an error.

@Appfigures looks like Google Play rankings have stopped pulling in for all countries for the last day or so, with only about a dozen coming in, and somewhat suspiciously they start with A and B like the scraper is getting partway through then stopping. iOS rankings seem fine.

Just tried importing the iTunes monthly financial reports which came out today. Got the message "You have a pending agreement that's preventing access to your reports" which is not the case.

Just a heads up, I noticed that one of the games we took down from the App Store last year, Bird Strike - GOLD EDITION, is showing rankings in over 60 countries. It definitely isn't on the store, so there are some wires crossed somewhere with your ranking data.

@appfigures @Hans Eijkenaar @Andreas Apple shortened the ranking lists to only 200 entries in iTunes and 150 on device in the App Store refresh last week.

@appfigures the Feature lists for Google Play are now not completely broken thanks, but they don't seem to be picking up all our spots. For example, our "Flick Kick Football Legends" game is featured in their "Apps for the World Cup" feature group but this is not reflected in the features list in Appfigures.

While trying to review the feature spots for an individual Google Play app, the following message comes up in the right hand pane "There was an error while talking to the server." This has been a problem for at least a week. iOS feature lists work fine.

Google Play downloads coming through now and notice/warning taken down, but still not seeing Google Play revenues. Any update/ETA on this?

Google Play revenue numbers don't seem to be downloading for yesterday. Download numbers came through and it seems to get partway through if you manually try to sync, but it comes up with a "Could not import due to an error" message.

The graph on the Ranks tab appears to show different rankings for different countries, but the detail in the table below is the same all the way down for each country (with a few blank gaps).

Are Google Play rankings broken in AppFigures? We are getting the exact same rankings in every country via AppFigures. Though I just checked our local (NZ) store and it reflects that. Perhaps Google Play rankings are broken?!

@Richard Tate - yes, we seem to be missing 7th from Google Play as well.

@Colin Phillips - I noticed the same thing directly in the AdMob interface, with requests/impressions/revenues freezing for about 12 hours overnight, and I noted daily revenues were way down this morning. I happened to have an email chain going with an AdMob rep over something else and raised this and he just responded "Our stats are just delayed for about 12 hrs. This should be fixed by tomorrow PST."

On a pseudo-related note, Android product management was down today for everyone for several hours too, but is now back up.

@appFigures Just a heads up, although Daily Reports are fine since accepting the new agreements, our Monthly Financial Reports (August and September) are not syncing automatically and are timing out when trying to prompt a sync via Sync Accounts. However, downloading these reports direct from iTunes Connect and uploading manually via Upload Reports worked.
