PLEASE add non English Google Play reviews! As @stst, @mbonnin, @SmartNews and others have pointed out this is very important. The previous replies 1 year ago, 5 months ago and 2 months ago have been "we're working on it". Any progress or ETA? The English only review management is useless to us
@Maura Thanks for your reply but we have not received any email reports with Google Play data. We have noted that the data release times have been lagging, but not completely missing. And yes, we have set up several email reports—one for each external account.
What's going on with the email reports for Google Play? We haven't received any daily reports for two weeks now.
It seems the daily email reports don't include Google Play data consistently anymore.
From the FAQ: "Once we’ve successfully synched the first data available we will wait a few more hours to see if we can grab the rest of your data. If we can get all of the data, then we will send out the complete email report. If, after waiting a few hours we still haven’t collected the other data, then we will send out your email report with whatever data we do have."
Daily email reports with only Google Play data seem to be sent out just fine, but daily email reports with both App Store and Google Play apps have been sent out with only the App Store data lately. This is highly unfortunate.
Of course it's possible to set up separate daily email reports for App Store and Google Play data, but that's a lot of overhead for all our reports and defeats the idea with the service. Aggregating download data from several sources is the main reason we're using Appfigures.
Any chance you could change the system to send out Google Play email reports separately if the data arrives late? Compare typical e-commerce shipping policies where all the goods are sent out in separate packages if some items have a later availability date.
