Hi guys - I'm getting an "Encountered an issue while communicating with the store." error for iTunes on sync. Any info on this?

Did anybody notice a weird drop for Google Play around September 17/18, 2014? I'm trying to figure out what happened here...I saw basically no sales during those dates, and ever since then I've been down about 40%.

@taylor steil I'm missing data for Nov 30, got the data for Dec 1 though. Not sure where the problem is coming from. My Google Developer account is showing no gaps.

@Hans-Juergen Richstein Sadly I feel the same way. There have been a lot of simple suggestions made over the years and none or very few implemented. Smaller, more frequent updates would have been a better approach with this kind of site I think instead of whatever you guys are planning. Just feels like the pulse is kinda slowing down. I like AppFigures but I'm curious what AppAnnie is up to.

Hey guys - this site is looking pretty scrappy lately :( I love it but it's giving me some stress. The Beta review banner is annoying, I close it every time since the reviews are not as recent as the regular version. The iOS is having connection problems warning box is up there, and obviously the reviews aren't quite working properly. You really have to clean this up fast, starting to feel like I'm working in a construction site. Maybe for the interim you can let us permanently close the Beta Review and iOS connection things, at least for an entire session or for one day. I got the message, I don't need to stare at that stuff all day. Thanks!

Hey guys, I don't really understand the point of the 'auto' button in the rank section. There is nothing gratifying about pushing it, so I disable and keep clicking refresh like usual when it's about half-past the hour. Checking ranks only takes a few seconds, so if the ranks aren't updated I'll just hit up some other page on the site or leave and come back later. When I come back, that counts as a refresh - so I really never need to hit that button. I guess I don't stay on the ranks page long enough for that button to be useful, and I have quite a few apps. What is the underlying goal with that button? I don't get it :)

Hey guys, on the /itcstatus page you display an average time -- this is great, but it seems to be based off all days recorded. I think it would make more sense having it based on an average time for a particular day of the week. For example, Monday mornings have a typical arrival time of __. I think there are definite trends with specific days of the week.

@appFigures Hey guys, any update on the alerts stuff we talked about back in May? I think what would be a nice simple one is new review alerts, or a summary of new reviews for the day. I find myself visiting this site dozens of times per day checking to see if a new review has posted. It's fun when one does come in, but at the same time I know I'm wasting my time :)

IDEA: Daily/Weekly Ratings Summary Report/Alert: I'm running a free sale right now with one of my apps, and I have to keep a serious eye on the ratings. We currently have a 5 star rating, but it seems the lower the price goes the more crap ratings/reviews we get. It would be nice to get a daily/weekly rating report on an app that showed me the change over time (very similar to Facebook's Fan update emails). Or this could be set up as a customizable alert, so if for instance I get my third crappy rating in a row or in a day it could fire me a note. Could also be useful if your app has a bug and you don't want to trash your reputation. <<< VOTE IT UP PEOPLE!

I have a good idea for you guys. If you implement it, please send me a cheeseburger or something of similar value. Here goes: for each one of my apps, let me track the rank of perhaps 5 keywords that I am targeting on the app store. I want to see where I show up in the search 'guitar' for example, but also 'guitar chords'. If my rank suddenly changes for one of these, I know that my competition may be moving around, or something else is up.

I imagine there are some challenges with pinging apple like this, but Ill let you guys figure that out. You could easily build this into your business model too and it would really help me out.

I wanted to share that I love this service, except that I'm finding less and less value in the email reports. Not really your fault; it's more so that Apple publishes reports late in the morning (or whenever they get around to it). I understand that it's probably not feasible to blast out every clients reports the minute Apple finally posts the data, but there really isn't any value in getting my daily report at 5PM EST when the day is over.

I pay for AppFigures for the data archiving, ranking and review charts -- the email is kind of useless to me, unless I wake up to it in the inbox - which is rare.

Not sure what you guys will make out of this feedback; I'm sure the emails may still be useful for people who don't check their apps' status every 10 minutes like me.

Feature request: show rankings for multiple apps on one chart. The sales charts overlay, would be nice for the rankings to work the same way!
