Why am I receiving the message, "This email is currently in use by a different user,” when attempting to add a sub-user?

Currently, we allow each email address to be associated with only one AppFigures account.

In this situation, you have 3 options:

  1. Consider using our Sharing feature; share data between two users who have their own Appfigures accounts. Read more about this on our Blog or check out the FAQ.
  2. Use a different email address for this sub-user.
  3. Ask the potential sub-user to close their existing Appfigures account, which will free up their email address.
