iTunes Connect is down for the holidays, what can I do?

Every year iTunes Connect shuts down completely for a full week in late December. Here's a breakdown of what reports we can and can't import during this time:

  • Daily/Weekly reports: Based on last year's shutdown we believe that daily and weekly reports will be automatically imported.
  • Financial/Payment reports: We won't be able to import financial, or payment reports as those require direct access to iTunes Connect.
  • Additionally, linking a new iTunes Connect account is not possible during this time. Vendor ID's, which are needed to link an account, are only available inside of iTunes Connect.
