Airway Gym offers you a series of daily exercises to do with your smartphone. You can perform them at anytime you like, as an example you can do some exercises in the morning and do the remaining ones later in the day before going to bed.
The App includes:

The App allows you to be supervised by your personal trainer. You can also keep in touch and communicate with him/her. It does not include one though.
