@Andreas we'll be exploring what's available for Underground revenue. If we're able to add support on our end we'll definitely do so.

Andreas

Are there any plans to import Amazon Underground revenue?

@Ronald Bohm Re-downloads and updates are completely separate from downloads, all three numbers remain separate from one another.

Ronald Bohm

Hi, Doyou know if the re-downloads and the updates are included in the nb of downloads?

Cagri Bayram

@Maura C Thank you for your response. Specific-app related keywords data and the most searched keywords for a specific App category, such as Shopping, are crucial data for ASO. I'd love to recommend your tool to my boss if it gets updated with these features. Looking forward to it.

Maura C af team

@Cagri Bayram It's on our to do list! We'll certainly let you know once available on our end.

Cagri Bayram

Is it possible to see with which keywords people find our App? I couldn't see any mentions regarding keyword data. I'd love to try your tool if it has that feature. Thanks.

@mariya bokatyuk There could be quite a few reasons depending on what other measurement providers the data is compared with. Providers that don't communicate directly with the store have estimates and not actual downloads.

If you'd like a more detailed update get in touch directly with more information and we'd be happy to take a closer look.

mariya bokatyuk

@Kenneth Choe hey, i'm having the same issue now. Did you work it out back then? please share

mariya bokatyuk

App downloads in Appfigures differs from the other sources, the total amount of downloads (organic acquired) is even less, then just acquired. No returns were made. Please advise on how to fix. Thanks!

@Shimon Young Thanks for letting us know! Our integration team is already investigating and we'll reach out again as soon as we have an update.

Shimon Young

It seems Amazon syncing has been broken for a few days

@Mobile Flame This message means you currently have a pending agreement within your Google Play developer console that is preventing access to your reports. You'll need to login to the developer console and accept the agreement before we can start pulling in data for you. We noticed you sent in an email as well so we'll reach out directly to make sure you're all set.

Mobile Flame

"You have a pending agreement that's preventing access to your reports.” Getting this message from Google store while trying to download Google reports.

@Mark Summerton iTunes Connect reports will be stored in your archive due to Apple's data retention policy. Google Play does not delete reports so you always have access to your data through your developer console, therefore these reports are not stored in your archive at this time. If Google Play reports are available within the archive in the future we'll definitely reach out to let you know.

@Peter Smith The ad unit matching link will always be available via Account Settings>Linked Accounts so next time you'll know where to look!

Mark Summerton

Hi, could somebody let us know how we can get our Google reports in the archive section please.

Peter Smith

@Maura C Thank you for finding that for me - I hope I can find it again next time! Cheers.

Maura C af team

@Peter Smith You can find the link to the ad units matching page via Account Settings>Linked Accounts>Ad unit/usage property mapping. This route should be much more convenient.

Congrats on the newest launch!

Peter Smith

Hi, I just wanted to mention again that the Unit Mappings page doesn't seem to be linked from anywhere, if it is I can't find it. Every time I put a new app live I have to search back through the Community History to find the link so I can link my advertising to my new apps. Maybe there is a misunderstanding about how apps are developed - the ad units are created days or weeks before the app goes live, so when appfigures detects the new ad units at this time the messages are not useful - there is no live app to connect them to. Later when the app goes live and appfigures detects it on the store this is when the ad units are linked - but I cannot find the unit mappings linked in the settings! Maybe they are linked somewhere other than the community history but I can't find it! Thanks.

@Graham George No ETA to share today but we're exploring support for the future. Setting up the sub user account will be your best option as of now, we'll let you know once support for 2FA is live.

Graham George

Do you know when you will be looking to support iTunes Connect 2 factor authentication? I don't really want to have to set up a sub user.

@Borja Hazas Espiga Answering reviews for Google Play is not available at this time; however, we'll be exploring what's available on our end so we can add this in the future

Borja Hazas Espiga

Hello, could I answer a google play app review from app figures?

Maura C af team

@Ian No news to share as of now but you're on the waiting list so we'll let you know once we have any type of update.
