@Mario Wynands While it's not the norm for Google Play to be a week behind it has definitely happened previously. The good news is that Google has since released the raw free app reports up to and including the 24th so those are available. You should be all set as of now!

@Maura C that's true, but that delay is typically a couple of days tops, sometimes 3 or 4 at the start of a month. Delays of almost a week are quite unusual.

@Spark So Google Play reports for free apps are usually a bit delayed on Google's end compared to reports with paid app/in-app downloads. The latest free app reports that have been released from Google are for the 18th.

Keep an eye on our Google Play status page for report release times.

I am not getting google play downloader numbers, even after manual sync. I am only getting In-app billing numbers.

@Spark So We were experiencing an issue that caused some reports to not get sent yesterday/today. The issue has been resolved and reports for today are going out right now. Reports for yesterday will be sent out later today. Sorry about the inconvenience!

Hello! API issue. I only have a trial account. I'm working for a Business Intelligence company, and one of our customer would like to get all sales data from his appfigrues account through the api to put in our datawarehouse. I have all of his information (clientsecret, clientid, oauthtoken, oauthsignature...). Is it possible for me to access his data, without being connected to his account? For now when I do a query to have the sales, I only have results=0. Do you have an idea of what I'm doing wrong?

I have the same problem as @Jindrich Sarson, my payments on appFigures are slightly different than on iTunesConnect (around 10%). I only have iOs app so I'm sure of the total. My guess is that the whole calculation could be based on US dollar and since my main currency is the Euro, the conversion could modify the total amount. Anyway I hope you could fix this or appfigures will be useless to me :(

@Björn Wennerström When Google Play does not release a report on the expected day and instead releases a report a day late or two days late an email report will not be sent. We'll take a look at your account and follow up directly to check in.
