@Maura Thanks for your reply but we have not received any email reports with Google Play data. We have noted that the data release times have been lagging, but not completely missing. And yes, we have set up several email reports—one for each external account.

@Kirill A 400 error is returned when one of the parameters for the request is invalid. We'll follow up with you directly to help sort this out.

I'm trying to make request, like in your doc example: https://api.appfigures.com/v2/reports/sales/?group_by=dates and it's return Invalid signature 400 error. And this happens with any /reports requests with params, w/o params(like /reports/sales) everything is ok. What's wrong?

@Björn Wennerström Missing data from email reports will be based on the report release time from the stores. Google Play's free app reports have been pretty delayed on Google's end over the last few weeks which will be the reason for missing Google Play data.

@Pierre Abel Your suggestions (May I suggest that you add a new metric "Downloads without Educational" & "Profit without Educational" ?) are completely right. Did AppFigures respond to you? This would be incredibly helpful—huge time savings.

I got error code 403 when I make a request. The message said This request requires 1 credit(s). Reason: Some given products are not owned by your account. 0 left in your account. How can I solve it?

The gist: There's a bug in Facebook's API that we're waiting for FB to resolve. We're also exploring other options for a short-term fix.

Facebook audience network does not work for me. It connects, but no data shows up, even if I try to manually sync.

Does appfigures have windows app data? Such as reviews, ranks, etc. I make some requests to search apps. But can't find any windows version.

@helloworld For public apps you'll have access to public data (ranks, ratings, reviews, etc.). Private data, such as ads data, will only be available if the app belongs to you.

@Andreas The Device filters lets you do that currently, but limits to either iPhone or iPad. Do you mean you want to see both iPhone iPad but not Apple TV?

Just signed up for the trial today, Is this a normal time frame in which to expect results? Been over 6 hours and still not even showing apps in my account that is linked let alone any other data.

@Yvette Thomas Great! iTunes Connect reports were released a short while ago so we're importing reports for all available accounts for the 2nd. Next up should be data for the 3rd.
