Adding the "Customer Support" role in iTunes Connect
For you to be able to respond to reviews right from within Appfigures you'll need the linked iTunes Connect account to have a very specific role, the
Customer Support role.
This is a new role Apple introduced recently, so odds are the linked account doesn't have it and you'll need to add it.
- Log into your iTunes connect account, and select Users and Roles
- Select the user that's linked to the Appfigures account
- Click the "Roles" tab at the top of the page
- Find the "Customer support" role and check the box to its left. Don't uncheck anything else.
- Click the "Save" button at the top of the page.
You're all set! You can now respond to reviews.
