How do I reset my password?

Forgot your password or need to change it? Here’s how you can reset your password and regain access to your account.

  1. Select "Forgot your password" from the login screen.
  2. Enter your email
  3. Click "Next"

Now check your email. You should receive a code within a few minutes. Come back to the login screen and enter the code.

Then set a new password for your account.

Note: If you have two-factor authentication enabled, you will need to submit the code generated by your authenticator app before setting up a new password.

If you don't receive an email:

  1. Check your spam folder. Email is generally reliable, but not always. If the email did make it into that folder please mark it as not spam so future emails land in the inbox.
  2. Double check the email address you entered. If we can't find an account with the email we won't send a code.
  3. If you are a sub user ask your admin to make sure your account is active. Admins may deactivate or remove sub accounts which would lead to no code being sent.
