My reports are missing data, why is this?
This tends to happen when automatic importing is no longer active. Automatic importing will fail when the saved credentials on your external store account are either old, or incorrect. Users with admin privileges can resolve this issue by visiting the [sync page].(http://appfigures.com/account/externals)
Select the account that is not syncing and click on the edit button to update your credentials. Once these credentials have been updated, data should become available within the hour.
_Protip: if you do not wish to wait for the auto import to complete, you can sync your account on demand by visiting the sync tab on any of your sales reports. _
